    Unfortunately we do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges. All purchases here on our store are final. Should you have issues with your order, such as receiving an incorrect order, incorrect size or if your items were damaged in transit please contact us at info@limitedrun.co.za. Any queries regarding orders must be made within 2 business days of receiving the item and must include a detailed description of the issue, concern or fault. Limited Run verification tags that are attached to all our items must not be removed. If they are unattached, the items will not qualify for a return, exchange or refund despite the fault (this includes damage in transit). Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer and shipping costs of the item are non-refundable.

    We offer a selection of shipping options tailored to your needs. Should you require insurance for your goods whilst in transit, we offer shipping options that see to that. If you are based in Cape Town, we offer a drop-off service straight to your door at R100. Standard shipping at R150 (1-5 days, depending on your location, does not include insurance on the value of the item), Standard Insured shipping at R350 (insurance up to the value of R10 000), Premium Insured Shipping at R500 (Insurance for an infinite amount). Make your selection at checkout. Please note: if a shipping option without insurance is selected, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or theft while the package is in transit.

How to Use Sneaker LAB Leather Care

 

  1. Ensure your leather shoes or leather sneakers are clean and dry.
  2. Apply Sneaker LAB leather care to a towel or cloth. A microfiber towel would be best to use for this leather care protection cream.
  3. Gently massage the leather sneaker with the Sneaker LAB leather care protector cream that has been applied to the microfiber towel.
  4. Once you have gently massaged the leather care into the leather shoe, leave your sneakers to air dry.
  5. For best results, buff your shoe or sneaker to a shine with the Sneaker LAB shoe brush or microfiber towel.
